## What the AI Layer is

The AI Layer is VeebarTech's installed AI employee system, also referred to as the AI
Workforce. It differs from a website chatbot or a single AI agent in five ways:

1. **Scope.** It owns a standing lane of work rather than handing back one task at a time.
2. **Memory.** It remembers the business between sessions: process, customers, voice, and
   every correction it has been given.
3. **Initiative.** It runs on a schedule instead of waiting to be opened.
4. **Accountability.** It reports what it ran, what it finished, and what it could not do.
5. **Installation.** It is installed into the client's own tools and data with a named
   operator, rather than sold as a subscription.

  tools a business already runs: website and WhatsApp chat agents, AI phone agents, business
  process automation, and autonomous agent systems with memory and scheduled work.
- **Hardware and software prototyping** — idea to working prototype for devices, wearables,
