The AI layer for your business

Your business, now with an AI layer inside.

Soon, every company will have its own AI workforce. Let’s build yours now.

Not another app to learn.

A teammate that lives inside the tools you already use.

Just like a new teammate, it onboards and becomes one of your people.

Meet your newest teammate.

No rip and replace

It sits on top of what you already use.

Most teams already run on email, a CRM, and a few tools. The AI layer plugs in above all of it. No new platform to migrate to, no months of setup. Your stack stays. The busywork leaves.

An AI layer floating above your existing tools
Your AI workforce

Give every part of your team a teammate.

One AI layer, many roles. It takes the repetitive work off each desk — so your people spend their hours on the work that actually needs a human.

Support
Answers, day or night

Replies in chat, resolves the common requests, and escalates what needs a person.

It works alongside your team — never instead of them. Your people stay in charge; the layer does the busywork.
What it can own

Hand it the work that eats your week.

Pick your industry. These are the jobs the layer takes off your plate end to end — finished work, not suggestions.

It owns the coordination that keeps a build moving — chasing subs, tracking permits, and the follow-ups that stall a job site.
Project coordination

Keeps schedules in sync across your GCs and subs, chases open items, and flags slippage before it hits the critical path.

Permit & inspection tracking

Watches every permit and inspection deadline and nudges the right person so nothing expires mid-build.

Contractor follow-ups

Connects to your contractor database, follows up on RFIs and quotes, and keeps everyone accountable.

Site reports from photos

Turns site photos and field notes into clean daily logs and progress updates for the client.

See it in action

While it chats, it works.

On the surface, a normal conversation. Underneath, the work actually gets done — for your customers and for your team.

The layer builds a living memory of your business — your clients, your projects, the way you do things — and turns every email, document, and conversation into something it knows next time. Teach it a new task once, and it owns it from then on.

Agent or employee

Most AI tools run tasks. Yours holds a job.

Four things separate a tool you have to drive from a teammate that drives itself. The fifth is the one we built the company around.

01

It owns a lane, not a task

An agent does the one job you ask for, hands it back, and stops.
Yours runs a whole function end to end, every day, without being asked.
02

It remembers your business

A tool starts from nothing every time you open it. You are the memory.
Yours holds your pricing, your customers, your voice and every correction you have ever given it.
03

It moves before you do

A tool waits for you to open it, prompt it, and check what came back.
Yours runs on a schedule and messages you only when the decision is genuinely yours.
04

It tells you what it did

When a tool quietly stops working, nobody notices until a customer does.
Yours reports what it finished, what it could not, and what it needs from you. In writing, every month.
05
Where we are different

It is installed, not subscribed.

A subscription hands you software and leaves the operating to you. We install the layer into your own tools and your own data, keep it matched to your systems as they change, and give you a team in Toronto that knows how your business runs. There is nothing for you to configure, prompt, or keep alive.

Common questions

The questions every owner asks.

Straight answers on how the AI layer works, what it costs, and what you’re signing up for.

Why not just use an off-the-shelf AI employee tool?

Generic tools are built to work for everyone, which means they know nothing about your business. Not your pricing, your customers, or your software. We build your AI layer into the tools you already run, trained on how your company actually works. You get an employee, not a subscription you have to configure and babysit.

How does your pricing work, and will I get surprise bills?

No surprise bills. Your pricing includes the cost of tokens, the compute that powers your AI, so you’re not billed for usage on top. Most AI tools meter by credits or tokens, which means your cost climbs the more you use them. We’ve optimized our systems to run far more efficiently than typical setups, so token usage isn’t something you have to watch or pay for separately. We’ll walk you through the full pricing on our first call, so you know exactly what to expect.

Does it integrate with the software my industry uses?

That’s the whole point. We connect to the systems you already run: your CRM, dispatch board, accounting, scheduling. Off-the-shelf tools rarely integrate with industry-specific software, which is why they stall out in trades and manufacturing. We build for your stack, not a generic one.

Do I need technical staff to run it?

Zero. We scope it, build it, run it, and improve it. Most AI platforms hand you the keys and expect you to prompt, configure, and troubleshoot. That is fine if you have engineers, and a dead end if you don’t. You don’t touch a thing; you just get the output.

What happens if the AI gets something wrong?

We monitor and maintain it, and a real team in Toronto fixes it, usually same day. Self-serve tools leave you alone with a ticket queue when something breaks. Our clients have a partner accountable for the result, not just a login.

Am I locked in?

No. Just like an employee, you can give us two weeks’ notice to disconnect the AI from your business anytime. Your data and everything the AI has produced for you are yours to keep, just like the work of any employee who moves on.

What is the difference between an AI agent and an AI employee?

An agent runs a task when you ask it to. You open it, prompt it, check what came back, and it forgets everything before the next run. An employee holds a job. It owns a function end to end, remembers how your business works, runs on its own schedule, and reports what it did. The gap between the two is not intelligence. It is ownership, memory, initiative and accountability.

How long before it is actually doing work?

Four to fourteen days of install for most deployments, depending on how many systems it has to reach and how quickly we get access to them. We scope it in writing before anything is built, so you know which end of that range you are on before you commit to it.

Can I take my data with me if we stop working together?

Yes. If we part ways we give you an export of your data in a commonly readable format within thirty days of your written request, together with a written description of the processes that were running for you. We then delete our copy on your instruction, or within ninety days if you give none. That is a clause in the contract, not a promise on a web page.

Will this replace people on my team?

It is not built to. The layer takes the work nobody wanted in the first place: the chasing, the re-typing, the report somebody compiles by hand every Friday. Most owners use the hours it gives back to grow with the team they already have. If you are about to hire someone just to keep up with admin, talk to us first.

What kind of businesses is this built for?

Owner-led companies with real operational volume and software they already depend on. Trades, manufacturing and professional services. The common thread is a team buried in coordination work, and industry software that off-the-shelf AI tools do not connect to.

What happens when the AI models or the apps we use change?

That is our job, not yours. Models get retired, APIs change, platforms rename things without warning. Every automation we run is watched by a second one, so we usually know something has broken before you do, and correcting it is included in what you already pay.

Do I have to be in Toronto to work with you?

No. We are based in Toronto and most of our clients are in the Greater Toronto Area, which is why you can get us in a room when it matters. The install and the day-to-day running are remote, so where you are is not a barrier.
