Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026  ·  Effective: July 10, 2026

This policy explains what personal information VeebarTech Inc. collects on veebartech.ca, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can access, correct or delete it.

We have written it to describe what this website actually does, not to cover every scenario a template might imagine. If something here does not match your experience of the site, tell us and we will fix the policy or the site.

1. Who we are

VeebarTech Inc. ("VeebarTech", "we", "us") is a technology company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We operate this website at veebartech.ca.

We are responsible for the personal information under our control. Questions, requests and complaints go to the contact in section 12.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us directly

You only give us personal information when you choose to fill in a form. There are two:

Both forms send what you submit to our customer relationship management system (see section 4). Nothing on this site requires you to create an account, and we do not ask for payment details anywhere on veebartech.ca.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit any page, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-QEBNK6C9H7) to understand how the site is used. It records:

We do not send your name, email address or phone number to Google Analytics. When you submit the AI map questionnaire, we record the event in Analytics along with your industry, staff size, revenue band, goal and situation, because those tell us which kinds of businesses find the tool useful. Your identifying details are deliberately excluded and stay in our customer relationship management system.

Our web host also keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, the time of your request and the page requested. These are used for security and to diagnose faults.

2.3 Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics sets cookies on your device (typically named _ga and _ga_<id>) to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. They expire after up to two years. The booking widget may set its own cookies when you interact with it.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or cross-site tracking on this website.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site works normally either way.

2.4 Fonts

Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. This means your browser makes a request to Google's servers, and your IP address is visible to Google as part of that request. We do not control what Google does with it. Google states that Google Fonts does not use the request to identify individuals or serve ads.

3. Why we collect it

WhatWhy
Name, company, email, phoneTo send you the AI map you asked for, to confirm a booked call, and to follow up about working together.
Industry, staff size, revenue band, goal, situationTo tailor the AI map to your business, and to understand which kinds of businesses our services suit.
Analytics and click dataTo see which pages are useful, find where people get stuck, and improve the site.
Server logsSecurity, abuse prevention and fault diagnosis.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade or otherwise disclose it for anyone else's marketing.

4. Consent

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), we collect, use and disclose your personal information with your knowledge and consent.

Submitting a form is your consent for us to use what you entered for the purposes in section 3. Continuing to use the site is your consent to the analytics described in section 2.2, which you can withdraw at any time using the controls in section 2.3.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Some consequences follow: if you withdraw consent for us to hold your contact details, we cannot send you the AI map or keep a scheduled call.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes above:

ProviderWhat it handlesWhere it is processed
HighLevel (LeadConnector, msgsndr.com)Our customer relationship management system, form submissions and call bookingsUnited States
Google (Analytics, Fonts)Website analytics; typeface deliveryUnited States and other countries
HostingerWebsite hosting and server logsOutside Canada
Your information is stored outside Canada. Because our providers operate in the United States and elsewhere, your personal information is stored and processed there. While it is in another country it may be accessed by the courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of that country under that country's laws. We tell you this because PIPEDA requires it, and because you should know it before you fill in a form.

We may also disclose personal information if we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid court order, or to establish or defend a legal claim. If VeebarTech is ever involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and we will give notice before it becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. How long we keep it

Where we are required to keep records for tax or legal reasons, we keep them for the period the law requires and no longer.

7. How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to our customer relationship management system is limited to the people at VeebarTech who need it, and is protected by individual accounts and strong authentication.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach of security safeguards creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as PIPEDA requires.

8. Your rights

You may, at any time, ask us to:

Write to the address in section 12. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge for a reasonable request. We may need to verify your identity before we act, so that we do not disclose your information to someone else.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If you are in Quebec, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under your local law, including data portability and the right to object to certain processing. Ask us and we will honour them.

9. Email and messages

If you give us your email address or phone number, we may contact you about the resource you requested, a call you booked, or our services. Every commercial email we send identifies us and carries a working unsubscribe link, as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires. Unsubscribing stops the marketing messages and does not affect a call you have already booked.

10. Children

This site is aimed at businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will contact you directly rather than rely on you noticing this page.

12. Contact us

For any privacy question, request or complaint, including all of the rights in section 8, contact the person accountable for personal information at VeebarTech:
