AI for construction › Preconstruction

The problem

The one line that sinks your bid is on page 178 of 180.

A mandatory site visit, a new closing date in an addendum, a late penalty in the fine print. Skim the tender and you miss one. Then your bid is thrown out, or you sign up for a loss.

Highly recommend the team at Veebar Tech! They’ve been a great partner for our web development, coding, and AI needs, taking the time to understand our business and recommend practical solutions. They explain technical concepts clearly, communicate well, and are easy to work with. A knowledgeable, professional, and reliable team—we’re glad to have their support.

Great company to work with, incredibly detail oriented and easy to work with. We really appreciated how they focused on solving the problem, not just appeasing customer desires. The work was returned ahead of schedule with capabilities on par and beyond what we were expecting. …

04 Questions

Short answers.

What is the difference between an RFQ, an RFP and a tender?

An RFQ asks for a price on a set scope. An RFP asks for a proposal, and price is only part of the score. A tender is a formal call for bids, often on public work.

What should I check before bidding on a tender?

The closing date, the questions deadline, any mandatory site visit, bond and insurance asks, and the forms. Then read the contract terms for risks.

Why do bids get rejected as non-compliant?

Common reasons are a late bid, a missing form or signature, a missing bid bond, or a missed mandatory site visit. Read the instructions to bidders line by line.

Where do contractors find public tenders?

In Canada, CanadaBuys and MERX, plus provincial and city sites. In the US, SAM.gov for federal work, plus state and local portals.

How fast do I get my one-page summary?

In 1 business day. Younes, our founder, checks it before it goes to you.

Can AI read a tender for you?

Yes. Our AI Employee reads each new tender and writes this one page for your team. Your team decides whether to bid.
