Most of the time the super owns it. Each trade foreman adds to it. Update it each week. Many do it at the weekly site meeting.
What is Percent Plan Complete (PPC)?
The share of tasks done as planned that week. It comes from the Last Planner System. Track why work slipped. That shows you what to fix next.
What scheduling software do small contractors use?
