AI for construction › Safety & Quality

The problem

Site photos live on everyone's phone. The one you need is never there.

The owner asks what is inside a closed wall and you scroll for an hour, or open the wall. A missing before cover photo can turn into a back charge or a claim.

The fix ↓

01 Free sample. Back in 1 business day.

Send 10 site photos. Get a photo report back.

For construction companies with 3 to 50 staff. Send up to 10 photos from one job. We label each one by area and trade and send back a dated photo report. You get a photo standard for your crews right now.

What your photo report looks like

Example only. Not a real site.

Highly recommend the team at Veebar Tech! They’ve been a great partner for our web development, coding, and AI needs, taking the time to understand our business and recommend practical solutions. They explain technical concepts clearly, communicate well, and are easy to work with. A knowledgeable, professional, and reliable team—we’re glad to have their support.

Great company to work with, incredibly detail oriented and easy to work with. We really appreciated how they focused on solving the problem, not just appeasing customer desires. The work was returned ahead of schedule with capabilities on par and beyond what we were expecting. …

04 Questions

Short answers.

What should you photograph on a construction site?

Work before it is covered, like framing, pipes, wiring and insulation, plus progress, deliveries and damage. Each shot should show where it was taken.

Why take photos before drywall or a concrete pour?

Once a wall, slab or ceiling is closed, the photo is the only proof of what is inside. It helps with inspections, disputes and later repairs.

How often should you take construction progress photos?

Many contractors take them every day or every week, and always before an area is closed up. A set routine matters more than the number.

How do you organize construction site photos?

Name or tag each photo by job, date, area and trade, and keep them all in one place. A simple naming rule your crews follow is the key. The photo standard on this page gives you one.

Are my site photos kept private?

Yes. They stay on our own server. Only our team can see them. We never share or post them.

Can AI sort and label construction photos?

Yes. Our AI Employee names and files every photo your crews send, so anyone can find it in seconds. For the free sample, Younes, our founder, checks every report before it goes to you.
