AI for construction › Safety & Quality

The problem

Crews send site photos all day. Nobody has time to check them for PPE.

Then the inspector spots the ball cap before you do. Each missing item can mean a ticket, or a worker who gets hurt.

The fix ↓

01 Free sample. Back in 1 business day.

Send 3 site photos. See who is missing PPE.

For construction companies with 3 to 50 staff. Send 3 photos of crews at work. We send back a short report: who is missing what, photo by photo. You get a PPE toolbox talk for your crews right now.

What your report looks like

Example only. Not a real site.

Highly recommend the team at Veebar Tech! They’ve been a great partner for our web development, coding, and AI needs, taking the time to understand our business and recommend practical solutions. They explain technical concepts clearly, communicate well, and are easy to work with. A knowledgeable, professional, and reliable team—we’re glad to have their support.

Great company to work with, incredibly detail oriented and easy to work with. We really appreciated how they focused on solving the problem, not just appeasing customer desires. The work was returned ahead of schedule with capabilities on par and beyond what we were expecting. …

04 Questions

Short answers.

What PPE is required on a construction site?

In Ontario, every worker on a project must wear a hard hat and safety boots, under O. Reg. 213/91. Other PPE depends on the task. Other provinces and US states set their own rules.

What happens if a worker refuses to wear PPE?

Workers have a legal duty to wear the PPE the job needs, and the supervisor must make sure they do. Stop the work until it is on. If an inspector finds it missing, the company can be fined.

How do I get my crew to actually wear PPE?

Keep the right gear on site, in sizes that fit, and talk about it in toolbox talks. Supervisors who wear it and check it every day make the biggest difference.

How often should you hold a toolbox talk?

Many companies hold one each week, and some do a short one every morning. Keep a sign-off sheet so you can show it was done.

Are my site photos kept private?

Yes. They stay on our own server. Only our team can see them. We never share or post them.

Can AI check site photos for missing PPE?

Yes. Our AI Employee checks the photos your crews already send and gives your super the list the same day. For the free sample, Younes, our founder, checks every report before it goes to you.
