AI for construction › Safety & Quality

The problem

The walk is quick. Writing the report eats your evening, so it gets skipped.

Notes on scrap paper, photos lost in your camera roll, and nobody knows who fixes what by when. If something goes wrong later, there is no record that you saw it and asked for a fix.

Talk through your walk. Get a report back.

For construction companies with 3 to 50 staff. Send a voice note and photos from one site walk. We send back a formatted inspection report with the actions, names and dates. Use the report template on this page right now.

Great company to work with, incredibly detail oriented and easy to work with. We really appreciated how they focused on solving the problem, not just appeasing customer desires. The work was returned ahead of schedule with capabilities on par and beyond what we were expecting. …

    04 Questions

    Short answers.

What should a site inspection report include?

The date, the site and who walked it. Then each area checked, with a photo, its status and any action. Every action needs a name and a due date.

How often should a construction site be inspected?

Many supervisors do a quick walk every day and a full written inspection each week. Your contract, your safety program and local law can set their own schedule.

How can I write site inspection reports faster?

Talk through the walk instead of typing on site. Say where you are, what you see, OK or action, and who fixes it by when. The script on this page shows how.

Who should get a copy of the inspection report?

Everyone with an action on it, plus your PM, and the owner if the contract asks for it. Keep a copy on file as your record.

Is my voice note kept private?

Yes. It stays on our own server. Only our team can open it. We never share it.

Can AI turn a voice note into an inspection report?

Yes. Our AI Employee turns each voice note into a report. Your super checks it and sends it. For the free sample, Younes, our founder, checks every report before it goes to you.
